Put a few down range today

Had some time to waste today while waiting for my wife .

Decided to put it to good use by getting out my Vulcan .25

My target is approximately 54 yards from my bench ...

I'd been taking a few shots at the local chipmunk gang that seems to have a clubhouse nearby .

I'm obviously not a crack shot but this is 7 pellets , would have shot more but that was what was left in the mag .

It was a good day to enjoy my hobby while I waited for wifey to get home from the store .

Now that I have a Freedom 10 , I give my guns a lot more exercise .

Got a question for paper punchers”

I was practicing, all I have is 25yds in my backyard. I’m shooting at a typical Benchrest target, 25 squares 1/2” (bull) I guess? I have a elderly S510 shooting about 870fps w/10.3 JSBs; When I’m shooting Straight on- I hit dead center of the bull” When I shoot Left or right of the middle of the page the group changes” (Slightly) left of center bull when shooting to the left of the page- but still safely in the ring! Same with the right side of the page, safely in the ring but not dead center- right of center slightly. Should I compensate for this? Do you FT GUYS compensate at all? I get one ragged hole but I’ve felt at this distance it shouldn’t matter””” again when I shoot the upper targets/squares POI drops slightly” still safely in the ring but not the dead center like mid page to bottom of page. I didn’t save my practice targets from yesterday, hope I’ve explain myself clearly!
