Where I live (Southern California's Mojave Desert) you simply cannot get away from windblown dust and sand. It's impossible. Sand and dust get everywhere. I've even found it in things that were "airtight" sealed! This raises a concern for me where a hand pump for a PCP airgun is concerned since the dust and sand would rapidly destroy seals and render the pump useless. Does anyone make a dust protection sleeve (like the rubber boot on axle joints or similar) for hand pumps?
