This is the future of all of us if we don't stay vigilant. Government will only give you the freedom your willing to fight for. If it's more hassle for them to pass the law than not they won't. If they can get away with it.... They will. That goes for all government not just Canada. I haven't been feeling as free as I once did myself and I live in America.

I just talk about policies outside of this site now on other airgunning sites that allow it, or in person. It is too hard to keep people from breaking the rules (myself included). Just get your friends' # and text them. Also, you can start group chats and chat boards with alternative sites. Then everybody gets what they want. A little less traffic here recently largely for this reason in my estimate

I’m pro gun like most if not all of the folks on this forum but we keep making the same mistakes We assume the following that anti gunners are evil people and are out to hurt us personally and that they want to take freedoms from us ( that that’s their goal). If we could all just get it threw our thick heads that their goals are to save lives and do good we would be SO much better off. We need to educate not alienate . We need to take our anti gun friends to the range and talk CALMLY with them and show them the positives of gun owner ship. I recently took one of my friend to the range who is 74 years old and had never fired a gun NEVER. Now I’m not saying I turned them into a pro gunner but I sure as heck did more then what most of you guys who scream hatred at them. And remember it the 50% in the middle who don’t care one way or the other about guns who will make the laws pass or fail. They are going to vote for the side that seems more reasonable. We lots of time fail in that . Try being nice. If you disagree with me fine. Just think about it for one minute. It’s like every other human relationship. Fighting with your wife and kids? How’s that working for ya? Same damned thing . If we could agree that there ARE common goals and at least good intentions we would be so much better off. If you never fired a gun you’d think anti gun laws reasonable too. We’re not going about this in a manor that’s going to help us achieve our results. We’re beating the dog and not understanding why he won’t come when called . You better treat your anti gunner neighbors with respect.

Sorry bubblerboy, but I don’t buy it. Their agenda is not to be safe and save lives, but nice try. Big cities with crime are ignored and the crime there is rationalized. Their agenda is power and control. 
Like others have said, stand up and stand together to protect your rights, or they will be taken away.

I know my opinion is in the minority Seems humanity finds every reason to disagree and to justify what ever is it takes to win. It’s the way we are. So if I got one person to think just a little deeper on the subject it’s good I believe the VAST MAJORITY of the anti gunners have good intentions but are wrong thinking and misguided and support measures that do not work. I’ll work with my friends and try to turn them in our directions. You other guys just keep on keeping on with your bullying tactics and let’s hope that we all get the results we all want.

Who is bullying anyone? Only people I see doing the bullying are the cancel culture. 
I’m speaking with my voice and my dollars. 

I’m going to go join the ASA as soon as I post this message and I encourage the rest of you to do that as well.

Perhaps bullying was a poor choice of words (???)

I’m only suggesting there might be some more affective approaches . More educated thoughtful and considered arguments pro gun.

It seems that when ever we try those "more educated and thoughtful" approaches they get censored. Go and try posting something pro gun on face book or twitter and see what happens. Yep, they are targeting free speech as well.
