When I pump one of my Anschütz Super Air 2002 rifles, load a pellet, and fire, the pellet comes out half the normal velocity and the rest of the air discharges when I move the cocking lever. Anyone ever experienced this or have any ideas about what’s the cause of this?

Jonnes if you have his email address I’d holler at Jim Edmondson. He’s Jim E on American Airguns classified. He is top of the food chain in U.S. on 10m guns .

Jonnes,
I do not own one, nor ever had one apart, but two things come to mind. Something is sticking in the exhaust system or possible malfunction of the trigger due to incorrect adjustment.
Good luck, hope you get it sorted.
