Problems loading .25 FX crown magazine

I have 3 mags for my .25 verminator and have 1 that gives me a problem with pellet number 6

I've never had a problem with my Crown I use the 23.95 JSB pellet

The JSB heavys not MK2 have a larger skirt but some are large and they hang up on the clear plastic, ended up using the MK2.

also I would check the ID of 8,9 and 10 and see if under size with the rest of the holes if so remove clear cover and bore the holes or use a counter sunk bit to slightly enlarge. 

My crown mag needed a little bit of opening up for mk2 heavies. What Earnest said above was my fix. I opened up some of the holes on the clear plastic and also worked some of the slots with Jewlers file. Ten minute fix. I ordered two new mags for my .25 Bobcat last year and had to do the same.

Same for me. I had a few of the holes that pellets would hang in. I used my dremel tool and polished them all. Now the pellets just fall in, and out. And btw, that doesn't work on the WC. It has an o-ring that keeps them in place. I have 3 mags for the WC and all the pellets come out undamaged.

Something E Rowe does in one of his videos is really good advice. (well, a LOT of things are, but) I load the pellets and then push them out one at a time and inspect them to see if the mag might be deforming them in any way. If I find a deformity on pellet #6, I go polish that hole some more until they all come out untouched. I don't know exactly how much that helps the groups. But it makes me feel better knowing the pellet went in unmolested.
