Bought a 1x8 primary arms scope with the ACSS reticle last year. I put it on my AR and headed for the range. Part way through my shooting session another shooter parked beside me and began firing. He had a really short barrel on his AR so the concussion was severe and his brass was going down the front of my shirt. So, I jumped up and took a couple steps back to get out of the line of ejecting shells leaving my gun on the bench. He fired off some more rounds and my gun fell off of the bench. The gun landed on the elevation turret on a stool before it hit the ground. I shot the gun later and the scope was still on target. But when I went to adjust the elevation the whole turret came out in my grubby little hands. ;^( I called Primary arms and told them exactly what happened and asked if I could send it in for repairs expecting to pay for them. They told me to send it in and there would be no charge. Got it back two weeks later in perfect shape. Now that is service.
