Got mine from Pyramyd Air a few days ago. It is a diamond in the rough and here is why.
First, the trigger sux as set up from the factory lawyers. I got in there and polished all contact surfaces, then went on to adjustments. There are three trigger adjustments. One for pull weight, one for trigger overtravel and one for sear contact. They somewhat interact and when all was said and done, I had the sear contact area right at the point of let off. I also eliminated all take up so the trigger was right there at the break point once the gun is cocked. I got it almost as good as the triggers on my high end spring guns. There is plenty of thick molly like lubrication in the trigger but with the roughness of the mating parts, even the molly doesn't stop the gravel. Polishing parts is your friend but keep in mind, Umerex frowns on anyone playing inside their guns.
I called them for a parts manual, none comes with the gun. Was told by customer service that they don't even have them yet and to call back in a few weeks.
Clean the barrel, it comes through very dirty with factory goop in it. I also ran bore paste through it. This stuff is mildly abrasive and was applied to take off any high spots in the barrel rifling.
The front stock that covers the air tank has to have its tabs at the ends that go into the main stock, squeezed inwardly in order for it to snap in place. It mentions it t in the manual but who the hell reads that.
My gun hated the H&N FFT' 8.65 grain pellets so I defaulted to JSB Exacts at 8.44 grain. Things got a lot better and the gun started shooting one hole groups at 40 yards. I got 890,891,890,891 with four shots on the chrony.
It is not overly loud due to heavy baffling in the barrel shroud;
Make sure all the screws and allen screws are tight..
