Power Plenum on .25 cal., 600mm slug liner and 33.5gr NS slug

I can proberbly get it to shoot the speeds i want but my point is that fx kind of sold it as a power upgrade and we should not have to modify so many things to get there.

We both made a mistaken belief that it could properly sling the 34 slugs from nielsen or a victim of ads and promos. :().
Lesson here, this is a hobby and a sickness. A corona 🦠

Maybe all i want to know is if this is the same on all the PP impacts or me that is a idiot 😜

nobody want to talk i have ask ernest and fx usa, and gerhard, and all i want to know is, are they getting this performence with the stock power plenum, i am not asking what they did to the gun to get there, why all that secretsy, we are sopposed to help each other out right? 🤷🏻‍♂️😁

I don't understand your problems. my impact 22 cal is 600mm, my slug is 36g. the speed is 955 fps reg 140 bar.

my problem is, that mine can’t do that even with all the mods i did, and i would like to know if they get these perfomance out of a Stock .22 impact?

but i would line to know what you did aswell??

maybe its the slugs i am currently shooting 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

it could be fun to see what you could get with a 25gr slug just to compair you know. 😉

I'm not interested in 25 cal.

My mod. Stairs removed, + 27 ~ 28 fps replaced probe with snail tip +40 fps.

Maybe you have a secret mods that you want to share.

Absolutely no stealth modifications. you guys are not listening to anyone but Ernest.

I have many job descriptions of how things are going. Most guys on the forum tend to just ignore everything.

Now i understand my problem and your solutions. I will never get over 900fps with the stock fx and PP without machining modifications. I will just shoot pellets which i can do without PP :)

All you need to do is open the tp hole in the probe a bit, do the same to the tp on the brass inlet but make it longer port not wider.

Maybe take a bit off the valve return spring. These mods are very well documented on the impact power mods thread. You do not need to have a lathe to make more power.

They are master salesmen, they have multiple youtubers all pushing there products and now scopes... whilst the FX rifles are excellent, they overhype stuff massively .
Take for example there new scopes, go buy a Sightron S-Tac and save yourself a heap..

Hi! Capitalism indeed but we need to suck it up. It is what it is.
I got me a Nikon Black FX1000. The price is competitive and the quality meets the needs of a demanding shooter.

This is an interesting read, I have been waiting for the PP to become available in the UK so I can replace my 30cc external plenum...

My MK1 .25 700mm was shooting the 33.5 NSA's at 980fps (140b, TP and probe mod, 7mm clearance hole in valve house, 6.25 VS, standard hammer weight, gen 1 reg)

The above mods but with 600mm ST barrel shot the JSB 25.4's at 1080fps at 145b.

Not sure ill bother now....
