Posted Iguana Hunt Video for Puerto Rico

I would like to put a group of 4-5 guys together from here in the states and come over and spend a week hunting and making friends. I would need someone to basically work with me as an outfitter to arrange lodging and transportation and get us started. Mainly keep us on the right side of the law and out of jail. Also is the question of our air rifles. Is it feasible to bring our own, or would we buy them there? Also is the question of air availabity for PCP's, or would we need spring guns. Shooting these things sounds like a blast. We could also do some trading for a mule deer hunt here. We have some great mule deer hunting in Idaho. Always up for another adventure

Kitplanenut, a good contact will be Iguana's Hunters on Facebook. Rafael have worked a weekend trip in the past and have a contact to a beach house for rent. He worked the air availability for a previous stateside hunter. We all hunt together, but he has more experience and hunting areas to meet great numbers. In order to bring your PCP's guns, you must work individually with the airline requirements. The last guy had no problems, but can't recall the airline. Rafael will have this info. 18 and over to buy or posses an airgun in PR...a Natural Resources hunting permit is required, but we all have those under a group, so visitors are covered. I personally hunt with IGT or nitro piston, but most of the guys have PCP rifles...

AZBOBCAT, it all depends on the place were going to hunt, if it is a agriculture farm upon request from the owner thats a massive pest Iguana killing those are burried on a hole by the farm owner due to the fact that they get decompose quickly, his flesh is damaged and it can not be eated, the ones that will be to eat are place on a cooler full of ice to preserve their meat and to remove the skin in order to get it seasoned and cook it in stew, fried, deepfried or kabobs etc.
