I want to pick up a Taipan Veteran .25 in either shorty or standard. RL and Talon have them for around $1250.00 but I will hold out until the weekend and see if they go any cheaper. If not I am pulling the plug.

I know I am new to this hobby and I thank everyone for the feedback regarding places to buy a Taipan Veteran. According to all of the PM I received I will be staying away from Talon and buying from RL. Hopefully we will see additional comments. Thanks for all of the responses.

Kinda disappointed with this years offerings. I’m sure there are a few great deals at the right time for the right item for the right person, but on average, MEH...

I had items in my cart at a vendor that advertised 15% off, when I tried to check out, (a bit later) offer had expired, and the usual “Some items not included in promotion” Meaning “only the mundane stuff is for sale.
