they are supposedly 8.4 grains and I ordered them off Amazon. I got 2 tins just to check them out. Just wondering if anyone else has tried them.

The Olympia Hobby Pellets arrived this afternoon and I got a chance to test them out on my 20 YD indoor range. I used my Weihrauch HW100 Bullpup (800mm barrel) and shot two groups. Chrony was an FX..

Packaging from Amazon left alot to be desired:

No padding, no nothing. Luckily the tins were not damaged and none of the pellets seemed to suffer any deformity. Package was delivered by Amazon and not USPS.

I spot checked 10 pellets at random to see if their was much variation in weight. To my surprise they all weighed 8.4 gr.

I turned on the FX Chrony and shot 14 rounds at the target. Two groups, one 9 rounds and on 5 rounds. The results were more than acceptable.

All in all, I was impressed with the pellets. They fill a gap in the .177 round nose pellet arena and are readily available via Amazon. Price was fine. If you shoot .177, you may want to give them a try. I did not shoot them in any of my break barrels or HW44. That will come later.
