    has anyone tried these?

they are supposedly 8.4 grains and I ordered them off Amazon. I got 2 tins just to check them out. Just wondering if anyone else has tried them.

Your title made me think; washing pellets, sorting pellets, rolling pellets,  now someone is asking about POLISHING pellets?!? This has gone too far! LOL!

I have a bunch of  tins arriving tomorrow. Not hoarding, just making up for the damage Amazon will impart. Ordered the .177 heavy’s only, not slugs or the lighter pellets. will be testing in a new FT Marauder this weekend amd planned to make a post about them. I’ll just add on to this thread.

Mine get here on Friday.  I will test them in my HW100 Bullpup and HW44 this weekend and post the results. Put your knees in the breeze Blackfeather, LOL.

The Olympia Hobby Pellets arrived this afternoon and I got a chance to test them out on my 20 YD indoor range.  I used my Weihrauch HW100 Bullpup (800mm barrel) and shot two groups. Chrony was an FX..

Packaging from Amazon left alot to be desired:

No padding, no nothing.  Luckily the tins were not damaged and none of the pellets seemed to suffer any deformity.  Package was delivered by Amazon and not USPS.

I spot checked 10 pellets at random to see if their was much variation in weight. To my surprise they all weighed 8.4 gr.

I turned on the FX Chrony and shot 14 rounds at the target.  Two groups, one 9 rounds and on 5 rounds. The results were more than acceptable.

    The coin is a Nickel.

    These were the chrony results:

    Shot count: 14
    Low: 1030

All in all, I was impressed with the pellets.  They fill a gap in the .177 round nose pellet arena and are readily available via Amazon.  Price was fine.  If you shoot .177, you may want to give them a try.  I did not shoot them in any of my break barrels or HW44.  That will come later.
