Poi shift on fx impact MK2

what can couse a poi shift? When i am shooting all the sudden the groups start to shift, like when i have shot 5-6 shots the the group moves ind any direction but still as a tight group.

reg pressure is 100bar

i am shooting around 900-905fps with a ES of 5

it is a .22 cal. Shooting JSB heavy diablos

i have tryed cleaning the barrel

i have cheked that nothings comes loose including the liner

i had problems with extreme spread over the choney so put in a huma regulator and my es went down from +++30 to under 10 so thats not the problem.

any ideas.

At what yardage?

If you're talking about 40 or 50 yards and see an established 6 shot group move from one place to another, as opposed to just a widening of the group, it sounds like you're describing a sudden 3 inch or more shift. The only thing I could think of is that something is internally wrong with your scope, if all other variables as described above are OK.

First yes i use a croney and have only a ES of 5-6fps

seccond it is a athlon midas tac and ring are tight

i am shooting at 25y

I shoot 5 shots gro ups and then another 5shot no pause just 5 shots and on to the next target and the funny thing is that i can shoot 5 shots hole on hole and then move to the next target and then the poi has moved.

nothing is loose, not the barrel, not the shroud, not the moderator, not the scope..

this is not even the worse one on the picture but you can see how the groups rotate around

If you are shooting from a bench, with good technique, then I think something is going on even during each of the groups. The rifle should shoot better groups. I would try another scope, just to eliminate it as a variable. Then give the liner a good cleaning with brush. Then you could shoot without the moderator, and the shroud, see if there is any difference. If nothing is detected, put the FX reg back in the gun and ship it off for a warranty inspection.

So i got my slug liner today and what do you know it is defect 🤯🤬🤬🤬 i am so tierd of FX at this point.

first i bougth a fx impact mk2 and it was shooting so bad that i could not even sight it in, so send it back for repair, that didden work, so called them back and told them it still didden work, and they said they could look at it but not on warrenty (wtf) so i decided to fix it myself, it had a reg creep and a ES of over 60fps so i knew it was somethinh with the regulator so put in a hama and it fixed the reg problem but it still had a poi shift but the fps was stable under 10fps so i ordered a slug liner to see if that would change anything, got my slug liner and i dossent fit so now i have to send the liner back to.

Anyone needs a chep impact mk2 😂😂😜

If the logo is at bottom and the targets were shot TL, TR, C, BL and BR then it sure seems to be a progressive clockwise movement of group centers. That suggests a mechanical rotation of a component as noted above. Doesn't seem like it should be a harmonics change issue with changing velocity as you note you have a chronograph. Certainly interesting but frustrating. Hope you get it resolved
