Pls how I can reach FX tech for help/ warranty work- No answer to emails or VMs

Pls can anybody tell me how I can reach FX Tech support for advice/ help and/or warranty work? I have tried to email and call but I have not gotten calls or emails back so far. According to their answering message they seem to be under a power failure and cannot pick up the phone or return calls now.

My new FX Impact stopped working after 2 months of use. The cocking lever no longer hold in the open position at the rear unless I jam it back hard, then it only occasionally holds in the open position. As a result, the action does not say open and the rifle does not cock or charge. This is not workable. I was hoping it would be an easy fix I could perform myself if they could talk me though it.

Alternatively, I would like to find someone in Northern California I could drive the rifle to who could fix it rather than send it all the way back to FX on the East Coast. Is there someone in Norcal who performs warranty work for FX?

As a last resort, I will have send it back to FX but since this is my only airgun and will mean no air shooting for the time it takes to repair it so this is my least preferred option.

Thank you
