STUD Mag Loaders were developed to bring a ultra-premium, highly engineered and refined airgun magazine loading option to the airgun industry. Their unrelenting desire for excellence in product design, testing and refinement, has allowed them to present to it’s customers a game changing system for loading and handling pellets.
The company founder Mr. Doug Hepler prior to retiring, was the CEO of both Polyshot Corporation Inc. and Pure Technology Inc. located Rochester, NY. Polyshot is a leading supplier of high cavitation injection molding, hot runner systems and Pure Technologies was a company dedicated to the injection molding of dog dental treats using Polyshot technology. Doug and his wife of 43 years Laurie, sold the companies in 2019.
Doug never to sit still, decided to take up a hobby when he retired. Much to his wife's dismay, this new hobby was hanging around the gun range. Before too long he purchased his first PCP premium air rifle, a FX Dreamline and he was hooked and Stud Mag Loaders was born.
Constantly innovating, he soon realized that buying and filling expensive magazines at the gun range was no fun at all. After looking at what was on that market for offline magazine loading, he felt the existing options were not as refined as he would have liked. This led to months of CAD work and literally hundreds of prototypes printed and tested by him.
The result of this effort is the Stud Mag Loading and Stud Feeder system for the FX line of airguns. This is the only system in existence that allows its customers to load 100% of the pellets into an airgun magazine preloader, without hand loading ANY pellets by hand. This system is capable of loading (112) .22 caliber pellets into (4) Stud Mag Loaders in less than 2 minutes for example.
Launched at the end of 2020, the Stud Mag Loader/Feeder Systems are currently shipped worldwide with hundreds already in use, by its many happy customers.
The Stud System is proudly produced in the USA and available to ship now.
