He appears to be Turkish or maybe Greek. I don't recognize the language on his page description. No excuse, just making observation. Nail his buttocks for swiping videos.

The written script seems to be Greek for sure.

I agree that stealing content is a shame. Just put in the time. I looked through those videos and he did list them as reposts and linked the original posters channel as the content creator. Doesn't look like he is claiming it as his just sharing the video much like a Facebook share or retweet.
