Pistol

Really cool fun shooting pistol but it's not high power. I really like watching Replica Reviews and I collect them all. I would recommend a Crosman Vigilante for power with good accuracy in a co2 pistol. Buy both. You can afford to with this link that just saved you 30% or more.

Everywhere else more expensive and Crosman direct out of stock so PA is cheapest. Chat with the online guy who asks how can I help you then ask what's the 20% off code for the Vigilante. Tell him your first time buying from them and on a very tight budget or ordering direct from Crosman for 20% off and free shipping Friday. Ask how to get free shipping your budget restricted. All this Covid19 and stuff.

Worse he will give you a 10% code but maybe you get lucky keep being friends ask hundred questions about that Vigilante.

Never shoot BBs through your guns they will get ruined. Use only pellets. Buy from Wal-Mart 2 specific types. Crosman Premier 7.9 grain Hollowpoints and Crosman 7.4 grain Pointed. Has to state 7.4 grain nothing else.

Wal-Mart is cheapest unless you spend more than $87 for free shipping from Kittery Trading post.

Local Wal-Mart is cheapest when buying a tin at a time.

Post your reviews after you get them.

I don't know about its actual power output, but out of the 7 multi-shot CO2 guns that I have, my Walther CP99 is the most accurate...IF that's any criteria.

It's only bad point, is that its got a hard trigger pull, even using the double action method. But once you mentally get past that, it's fun to shoot, and like I said, the most accurate CO2 pellet gun that I have.

I understand that most of the Berettas are accurate too. Pick a gun, then go to "Youtube" and see exactly what others have to say about it.

And yea, as Yo stated, do not shoot BB's thru guns that shoot pellets. You'll ruin the rifling in the barrel.

I have a 586 combo. The 6” barrel is extremely accurate but the 4” is not at all. Very well made, robust pistol. I had an old crossman years ago - maybe some 357 replica. It was fun to shoot and quite accurate. Don’t remember the exact model. In any event, the 586 seems to be one of the better pellet pistols out there. Most I’ve tried are “plastiky “ and cheap feeling. Even most of the airsoft replicas are beefier than what is offered for pellet pistols. I guess a larger market particularly for replicas.

edit: to clarify, I am talking about CO2 and not PCPs or other pneumatics/Springers.

Looking for a really good air pistol high power looking at the Gamo pt 85 any thoughts ?

If you are looking for a high power co2 pistol I would consider one of the Crosman pistols like the 2240. You can change out the factory co2 valve with an after market valve that will give you more power. These series of guns are single shots though.
