picked up a shooting rest for $16!

Well, nothing fancy, but stopped by Walmart last night to look pick up a few things for the girls and they had this Allen rest on clearance for $16 because it didn't have the bubble level on it. obviously I had to buy it! Picked up a bubble level for $4 bucks and glued it in the spot last night.

Its not the greatest by any means, but it's nice and it works for now.

MOD EDIT: MOVED TO APPROPRIATE SECTION

"NMshooter"Goes great with the Krosa! Really like the looks of that rifle! I am going to head up to Pueblo to check out the .25 at R&L's
I too thought it complimented the Krosa quite nicely. I have a funny feeling you are going to be going home with one if you go just to "look"

I am absolutely smitten with this rig. With the factory moderator it is more of a carbine than a Bullpup, but far from an issue(for me).

I think one thing that will throw you is the weight. From what I've seen this rig is a couple lbs heavier than it's competing counterparts. Again, not a problem for me, but those looking to lug this around in the field may find it an issue.

Another thing I am slowly working up the courage to mess with and address is the trigger. It leaves a lot to be desired. It's very light, but sloppy.

I love this rifle though, it's got a fantastic barrel on it and really is a laser. I've been getting VERY comfortable at 50-75yds with this in a very short time. Such a step up from my springers and with 40fpe from the muzzle in .22 it's a real "blast"

I don't have to work tomorrow so I plan on doing some shooting regardless of weather. We are supposed to have 60mph gusts, but I have YET to get any concrete data on this rifle or even a solid shooting session yet. I just haven't had the time. I usually get 15 mins when I wake up and then about an hour of light before I go to work.
