Pellets are in!!

Was down to half a tin of H&N .25 Crow Magnums, when my orders are now finally starting to trickle in. Ordered from several places not knowing who will receive their factory shipments. Ordered just enough to make shipping pay for its self and will have ( at current rate ) maybe two years for on-hand when everything is finally received. I also help a couple of friends out from time to time when they need it. Or when we want to waste a day plinking, One provides the libation, another feeds us and I supply air and lead and the terrible jokes. Otherwise a good day when we can get together. I am glad shipments are coming in, I hope everyone is getting their orders. Maybe this might be an indication the world might be trying to get back on it's feet. I hope so!

Pellet? Ppl still shoot pellets in this day and age? Lol I guess. I'm all for slugs now. Havent shot pellets in ages. Don't even know what a pellet looks like anymore. Lol. Higher BC, higher energy, less likely to get blown by winds, also will retain that energy down range. Whats not to like about slug.

Some of the things you listed is why I use mostly pellets….higher energy and retained energy are not always desirable, cost being another factor.

Probably nothing not to like about slugs, but i still shoot pellets.

Yeah like others have stated sometimes exactly what slugs do is what's not to like. Fine if your shooting in fields or what not. But shooting on the dairy here at elevated positions and closer proximity to animals I definitely prefer pellets to slugs. My pellets seem to kill birds just as good as a slug can.

Anyways had some H&N 18gr and JSB 15.89gr on order from PA since May 5 and there on there way to me as of Friday.
