Pellet Warning

Big brother indeed. I've handled lead my whole life, even used my teeth to cinch up split shot sinkers while fishing. To my knowledge, I still have at least average intelligence, I have all extremities and organ size and function has been unaffected.

I'm sure there are risks, but there are with even driving to work. Precautions are fine, but living in fear is no way to live.

My .02.. keep the change!

I don't know that anyone is suggesting living in fear, but rather taking common sense precautions. I grew up ignoring the risks of sun and noise. Now I have 2 hearing aids, and have had my face and body cut, burned, frozen and scraped in the process of removing numerous skin cancers. If I had the chance to do it again, I would make different decisions.

Like all of the advertising that smoking causes cancer, and the labels on the cigarette packages have done any good, people still try to sue the tobacco industry for their problems. Alcohol is a drug, and causes many problems for people, yet I have known smokers who lived long lives and didn't die from cancer, and those who drank to excess and didn't die from drinking.

They are going to be on everything ,lets face it everything bad is good and everything good is bad and the lawyers make sure which is which, just something to breeze by,Forgetabout I do read labels and feel the better for it...yes i know they seem stupid ,butt there are those that are.

Sun damage ,I hear you, been fishing all my life and the Sun has ruined my good looks and made me thin skinned....again there are people that pay no heed...yea me to....alcoholics are dangerous to and they are not labeled as such...
