Can I ship a pcp to a state that has restricted pellet guns? I have a nova freedom that a buyer in washington DC wants, but after checking on line it says that they are restricted, how do i know if its okay for me to ship?

Technically you SHOULDN'T do it, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to know his local laws! You live in a place where it is LEGAL, he doesn’t!

I would steer clear of anyone who doesn’t know the laws in his own locale. Whether I’d be “technically” right, I don’t want to be involved in any way. There are plenty of other buyers out there.

He is another member here on the forum, recently joined, I assume he knows his own laws, but guess ill have to tell him that I can't? So, just out of curiosity if you live in DC and place an order with say pyramid air will they fill it?

I believe if you go on Pyramyds website, they have an entire section where they state the locations that they can and can't ship different items to.
