I printed the .22. The lid wont screw on but part way. Too tight.

Get a candle or a lighter. Put some candle wax or olive oil on the threads of the cap. Heat it to about 120 - 140f gently. Now gently screw it on and off slowly until it cools down. Once you have done that for the cap. Do the same thing for the screw threads from the inside of the bottom... Put a bit of wax or olive oil on the outside threads and heat that from the inside. Don't over do the heat. A little at a time till you get what you want. Let me know how that works out?

Also the smaller calibers .25 and below should be printed between 0.10 and 0.20 layer height. The larger ones can be >0.20.

I have uploaded the updated files with the pellet skirt tool in the inside of the cap, you might want to pull them before you print your next one.
