PCP version of the 10 dimes challenge (posted by Oldspook)

I haven't ran enough through the TbT to say for sure, but I would be inclined to say yes, toss it if it's too loose or too tight. I plan to do quite a bit of testing this coming week weather permitting. At this point I'm not confident in my pellet sorting skills, e.g. was shooting out of the tin, got a little rushed and noticed as I seated a pellet a deformed and nicked skirt, okay, sighter, whoops, it shot as a X. Put in a pellet that otherwise looks and feels perfect, been sized but is a flyer landing in the 6 ring...

"CampFussell"Mark, I wish I would have taken a photo of your 10 shot group with your Wildcat. It is a shooter for sure and that was the group of the day.
I will admit you and Paul both can out shoot me any day. No way I can sit on the ground and shoot like you guys, and certainly can't hold a candle to your off hand skills.
You're welcome to come try your luck any time. Always a pleasure to have you visit. Maybe you can take a pic of that killer 56 yd group you shot last Saturday and post it here? You have two witnesses also ;-) LOL

I hope you find the .177 rifle that suits your fancy for a go at FT this year. I'm thinking FX Streamline?

Sorry we hijacked your Thread Cliff!!!! LOL.......as punishment, Mark must post his results with this target!!!!! LOL

The only pic I took Saturday

Hijack? Hells to the no, you guys are just livening up the joint lol. I'm glad you're here this thread was growing quiet and lonely without you hahaha. I hope more join in and do the 10 dimes challenge! Keep 'em coming!! Mark, Jim says you've got a target for us? :) Thanks Fuss!

Well, the weather was great again early this morning, no wind. I got right up and shot two more of the PCP 10 dimes challenges at 50 yards. I was pretty happy with the first card, which appears to have about 4 or 5 misses that didn't touch a "dime". As far as I can tell the second one looks even better and a big smile on my face. Great way to start the day! :)

All the best,
Cliff

Grrr... the universe has conspired against my shooting this week! I have 10 of these printed up just waiting for both work and weather to line up. Every day this week that conditions have been great for shooting, work has kept me tied to the desk. Every day that work has been light and I could get away for a few hours to shot the wind has been blowing like 10-15mph with gusts to 30mph. The range I practice at has a weather station so at least its easy to check the current conditions... Maybe tomorrow after my silhouette match... Dying to try this and to try a couple of variations, like one shot per at 100y, and one shot per at 200y with my 22lr.
