Patience is overrated.

Dude you just place your order. Give it a 3-5 days before stalking. My first PCP was the Benjamin marauder .22 cal back in 2010. I track with the tracking number so I know what day it's coming. On the day it was out for delivery, I was at the window all day waiting. Didn't want to miss it. Waited from 7am all the way to 6pm before it show up.

Lol. I was the same way on my first custom vape mod. A year on the wait list was no problem but once it was in the build queue then I started stalking the mailbox.

Waiting at the window for delivery is not a bad idea. On the day last year when my AV compressor was scheduled to be delivered, I watched at my window from 9:00 AM till just after noon. I saw the FED EX guys deliver my $1300 compressor to a neighbor across the street. The neighbor's address is 198 ****. MY mailing address is 189 ****. I had no idea that dyslexia was so prevalent that 2 random drivers/delivery guys would be afflicted.

The neighbor whose address received the compressor that I paid for had her garage door open for the contractors working on her home. FED EX placed the compressor on the floor in her garage and just left. I checked tracking and saw that my compressor showed "delivered" 5 mins ago.

I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but this was fairly easy to figure out. I promptly took my dolly across the street to my neighbors garage and retrieved my compressor. I spoke the contractor working on the house about the mistake made by FED EX and then left. I don't know if my neighbor ever even knew about this.

So, yes. Wait for your shipment on the scheduled date for delivery.

Start stalking now, you'll need the practice. That way, when your Crown is "Out for delivery" there will be no surprises. I don't stalk my mailman anymore, I just wind a spike strip across her lane when I see her coming.

I was thinking a pit trap. I've run miles on a flat before .

Or a pit maneuver

I once stalked the USPS guy because he left the Signature Required card in my mailbox for my $2000 airgun he drove off with. I pulled up right behind him to sign for it which caught him by surprise. I drive a police cruiser for a living.
