A couple of weeks ago, I purchase a .177 and .22 Patchworm Kit from AOA. The service from AOA was perfect as I have come to expect. We are so fortunate to have so many great vendors - none of the vendors supporting this forum have ever let me down.
I had an issue with one of the kits and used the contact box on Patchworm's website to ask for assistance. Within an hour of less, Patchworm's George Tye committed to take care of the issue, and did so with dispatch. That was on Saturday and the fix was in the mail to me on Monday. Fabulous and much appreciate personal response.
As far as the product itself, I have now used it to clean all ten of my air rifles, and all of my powder burners, and am truly satisfied with the system's simplicity in all regards. The good news is that it is so effortless to use, that I will now clean their bores more frequently.
The only tip I can give you is that having a plastic straw available to get the cord through moderators and muzzle brakes is essential - along with some patience.
I give this system a 4.5 out of five stars, and the service from both AOA and Patchworm a 5 out of 5.
