We apologize for the mix up. Our shipping rate for that item is $4.99 if it is purchased alone. There must have been some mistake with the way the shipping address was typed in where it defaulted to the international rate. If you continue to see this issue you are always free to give us a call so we can clear up any questions or mistakes.

There was an issue some time ago with the PBA website, where the product options / sub-options weren't visible on my mobile browser, I had mentioned this to Joel on a call while discussing an order, and the site was fixed almost immediately. 

They're in the level, so I wouldn't doubt that this was just a glitch (I've been in tech long enough to know these things can happen inadvertently!)
