PA and AGD, what's the relationship?

OK, so supposedly they are independent entities, but - 

Last time I ordered pellets from PA, they shipped from AGD in Draper Utah. Return address said Draper, Tracking said Draper.

This time I ordered pellets from AGD, and they shipped from Solon, OH. Tracking said Solon OH, but, return address and all contents say AGD.

come on, what's the relationship? If it saves me $$ I really don't care, but come clean, what's the tie in between the two companies? Two corporations, one owner? Share shipping and support groups? What is it?
 
Couple years ago, while Cameron was still with AGD, he got on the Boards and assured everyone PA and AGD are separate entities. I suspect legally and technically they are separate entities, but either have agreements to use each other's fulfillment services or are two legal entities controlled by the same people. Could be both or either, but definitely something there.

Like I said, in the long run it really doesn't matter, but would sure be nice to know who I'm dealing with.

That sounds about right. Everything I've seen points to two legal entities, but single ownership. That would explain things like AGD having FX and PA not, buying supplies from one, but shipped from the other, or noticing that the people you can text online for both companies seem to be the same. Lots of cooperation in the back room, separate front room operations.

Not that it makes all that much difference, but just nice to know who you are dealing with.
