I have a wolverine B hilite in .22. My dad has a wolverine C in .177 that is only a few months old. His has the 300cc air tube. I can post a pic of his shot count if you would like.....should give you an idea of how many more shots you would get with the 480cc carbon fiber bottle. Theyre the same exact gun except one has an air tube and the other a bottle.
I will say this about his .177......the damn thing is bloody accurate as hell.

Its my dad's .177. Im 36 and he is 65. Give me a few and I will post up a shot string with a few details. Dealing with photobucket sucks.......

Looks like 40 shots with a max 14fps spread and 50 shots max 20fps spread from a 300cc air tube. The 480cc carbon fiber would probably yeild 65 to 70 really tight shots....and probably 85 to 90 shots with a 20fps spread.
That was the 10.34gr jsb pellets too.

I can't comment about the .177 but I owned a Wolverine B Hi-Lite in .25. Now my son owns the gun. The build is superb. Accurate rifle in .25 feels great. The .25 is definitely louder than my Wolf in .22 and my Wildcat in .25 even though it has a huggett.

My .22 hi lite is the most accurate Airgun I have ever shot. It is an absolute pleasure every time I take it out. I love my mutant but it generally takes a back seat to the wolverine. Build quality is second to none

Thanks for the info Guys .My pcps are 25 cal and 30 .I am looking a mild shooting .177 to work inside and around barns shooting varmints without shooting through walls and tin roofs .Marksman thanks for the shot chart .I was hoping to get 40 or so shots at 18 or so foot pounds .after looking at the charts I think that can be done .Really do like the design of this rifle .Again thanks to all for info .

For anyone intrested.....there are only like 4 saxons left to be reserved at AOA. Theyre only getting 15. Thats 15 ever for the U.S. market.
