Just wanted to send out a huge atta boy to Saber Tactical.
I had a small, very small issue with one of their products. I sent an email stating the problem along with some pictures. It was not 30 minutes later I had a phone call to discuss options. A PHONE CALL FROM A REAL PERSON !!!!!!
anyway, they took my information and two days later I had a new part in my hand.
Very impressive!
so much so that I will be changing over both my Impacts and RW to their products from now on
