I purchased a Kral Arms Puncher Breaker from PA, and it quickly became one of my all time favorite guns!
Fully aware of how some of them can be 'time bombs', I kept a close eye on mine, and after the amount of shooting,
I assumed that it was fine. Nope.. Unfortunately, the valve-stem snapped, and luckily, it was under warranty..
The rifle was sent to Air-Venturi after an authorization from Pyramid Air..
While waiting, I noticed that PA had also changed the status of the new valve-stems to in stock..
That said, I inquired about getting one to have as a spare - should the issue happen again - outside of warranty..
PA and I kept in contact, and in the time being, I got a few more airguns to hold me over, so that was fun!
Today, FedEx delivered my Puncher Breaker back to me - Officially 'Puncher UnBroken'!
AV / PA did a fantastic job on the repair, and it is great to have my rifle back in hand!
Not only that, but, included in the box was the extra valve-stem that I had asked about. *Freebie* Outstanding!
These little things make a Big difference to me, and I am very appreciative!
