Got me one of these adapters, from our very own @orion , a while back. Mounted my Firefly camera straight up to my Sideshot. It’s just been sitting there thought! Need to post some Chipmunk eradication footage soon. Guess I have been too busy trying to get my FX WC to shoot straight for a change.

I’m gonna give it a try on my HW30, hope I don’t kill the camera 😂 Will follow up with a review as I can.

Will do. I’ve actually tried it already. Works really well. Just haven’t posted anything yet. The cameras can be had from Amazon for like a buck & a quarter. They do change “brands” as they come from Coronaland, but make sure to get the Wide angle one (90°)

Sure. It allows you to install the Action Camera to the Sideshot system. I believe (but don’t quote me) that it works with the GoPro camera as well. Except the Firefly style camera is way cheaper & no need to buy an extra lens and swap it out. Allows for filming with that kind of setup vs the phone. It’s the system that Whiskey68 & others use.
