like those guns let us know how it shoots you going to put the scope rail on it

Possibly. Some people have issues using the open sights due to the higher comb of the stock, and some people don't.

I know the ones that came with the wood stocks, you had to put a scope on it not unless you had a head the size of a four year old.Either that or chop the top of the stock off. Never had that problem ever out of any type of gun that I have owned or shot in my life. I don’t know what they were thinking when they designed that gun. Maybe the plastic stock ones aren’t like that.

Another thing to look out for is to make sure that there isn’t paint inside the bore. It’s common for them to come with overspray inside the crown area. I was getting horrible accuracy and ready to send it back until I looked online and found out that it was a common problem. Took some paint remover on a little model paint brush and put it at the end of the barrel and let it sit for five minutes and then took a Q-tip and cleaned it out. Accuracy was good then.So after doing that I polished the trigger group and lubricated it and put the scope on it and have a great shooting gun now.

That's what Bill of Pale Horse Survival, and Tactical said in his video on YouTube.

Mine has had good accuracy with H&N barracuda hunter extreme 18.56gr. It's also been fine with el cheapo Gamo bluebomber 15.4gr. 1-¾" @25yrds. Iron sights. This is an 18 shot group. Little bird on paper is 1"

Right is crosman 392, left is 1973 Benjamin 342. Both shoot great but the Crosman has more punch and the rear sight is much easier to adjust. I shoot one or the other every day. Get some secret sauce from Mac-1, put a few drops on plunger and on linkage. Don't use any oil with detergents, they will ruin seals.

I bought one of these some years back (wood stock) and had to return it due to accuracy issues. I heard they resolved this, and I may try one of these. Wasn't there one in .20 caliber many years ago? Thought they were the coolest thing ever.

I believe those are Sheridans, they are the only ones I know of in .20? But I could be wrong. Don't make those any more, but a lot of nice used ones on bakerairguns right now. Wish I had the $ right now to pick one up!
