Optisan scopes?

There are many models of optisan scopes. I had a viper on my bobcat .22 in a squirrel video. I used a mamba lite in my DAYstate huntsman and mk4 reviews. The glass is very good. The weight is much lighter than the hawkes and leapers. I just wasn't crazy about the reticles. A lot of guys think they are the bees knees. They just were not what I was used to.

I like them. I have two 4-16X50 Vipers that I use for FT. The reticle is great for this application. They are clear and range well. I've also had a bunch of other brands including Hawke, Vortex, Centerpoint, AEON, Mueller, and others, but I always gravitate back to the Vipers. I want to get a 6-24 soon. The reticle is the bees knees, Ted.

I had a 3-12 mamba lite for awhile. I was pretty disappointed. I didn't think the glass was very good compared to some cheaper scopes I used. Reticle was too busy for my liking. It would grey out if your eye was even a micrometer out of position. Magnification was off, 12x was more like 9x and the adjustment turrets were mushy and indistinct. I ended up replacing it with a Bushnell Legend Ultra HD which was cheaper and light years better IMO. That's just my experience with the one model though. Best thing to do is try one I guess.
