Optimal Reg Pressure for 177?

Hi Folks, I am trying to set up a used Crown for field target. What have folks found for optimal reg pressure for 177 (JSBs 10.34 and 13.43)? I currently have it down to 100bar, but the spring/hammer is a bit too heavy for that pressure. I have not found a suitable lighter replacement spring yet. My AA S510 has a reg setting of 95bar - following the tuning guide from lane, but it has a lane hammer as well.

Also I think that something is not working well, as I am getting reg creep. Also it looks like the hammer is hitting the cocking pin slightly. (I saw some dents on the hammer and can feel a slight impact on the the cocking arm. Maybe this means that the bumper is bad??

Thanks!

Dan

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. The rifle started out at 110bar, but sounded very loud and seemed very inefficient. I think that the hammer and spring is setup for heavier pellets and more fpe than the 177. I did find some lighter springs today, so I will try them out at 110 bar. If those don't work, I may have to go to a higher reg pressure. I am also concerned about the actual pressure, as the main gauge is 15bar too low (based on the tank gauge). So I am concerned that the reg gauge is off as well. I may have to replace both gauges to have more confidence in readings. Thanks again!
