Optics Planet return policy?

I placed an order with Optics Planet in late November. Canceled it online in early January.

I had previously read that refunds can take a while with them so I didn't worry too much when my card wasn't reimbursed right away.

Yesterday I get an email that the order had shipped.

I have since found everything in the order through the AGN classifieds so I really don't need any of it.

Just wondering if anyone has had trouble with them over a similar issue before I get on the phone.
 
The HUMAN PART is lacking both at their DVOR outlet too.

Tried to cancel a very high dollar order since they took too damn long and in the mean time I found the bulk of the the scopes ordered a lot cheaper elsewhere but they shipped a month later no answer to phone calls oh well that's Covid life. Unlike pre Covid where both were very responsive. Coulda saved several thousand buying elsewhere if they cancelled as I requested in the first place.
 
Yea, can be a pain. I canceled a small order a few months back. It was actually their fault, they sent me the wrong part (red dot sight). Several e-mails later, finally completed.

"I won't ever use them again" (from above) Pretty tough words. Were all working on pretty tough times right now. One or two small hiccups in the total scheme of things isn't worth a total cancelation, to me anyway. I'll continue to buy from them.

The timing of this is too perfect. I have nothing to add other than I ordered a couple scopes that showed in stock when ordered. A day or two after I order I check the status. Says items out of stock and would ship 1/14/21. That date comes and ship date is updated to 3/8. I decided to cancel the order (2 orders actually) and wondered how it works. I haven’t cancelled yet since I decided late last night but maybe I should start my inquiry now? I certainly want my $$$ back as soon as possible and not end up having items sent that I am no longer needing/wanting.

As I noted, my experience is pre-covid, not during tough times. They don't offer any great discount nor carry anything I can't find elsewhere - why would I bother with them after several bad experiences?

I've ordered from them a few times but will not in the future. Slow and little feedback.
