Omega Supercharger discharge

I am really worried I have a bad problem. My compressor is a little less then a year old. It has 8 even hours run time. AoA sent it to me set up with the exception of adding the two antifreeze bottles.

In addition I am running an Alpha filter while in operation and bleeding filter after fills to let out moisture. The Alpha filter is standing straight up with arrow pointing up.

Now I would take a screen shot and point to the problem area but I have no idea how to upload here on AGN. Please bear with me as I describe the problem area.

Using the control panel as the front of unit. On the motor in front of the cooling fins there is a round shield covering the motor. At the very front underneath that cover there is a screw on the very bottom. At that screw and I cannot see any further up with the side panels off. That screw has a drip coming out much like the viscosity of tree sap.

My roommate an ex mechanic says he thinks it is oil.

I have no idea?

Is anyone able to help here?

Thank you all very much!

Yes I would think so. Unfortunately I have moved twice since buying the compressor. I can not locate the receipt? The warranty states sending the receipt must accompany the unit to send it in.

In addition I forgot to add I live two blocks from the ocean on the central coast of

California. Most of the year it is 70° with low humility. I run the compressor with 2 second bleed time every 15 minutes per Steve Shally's video on the Omega.
