Omega Clean Air Filter

My understanding is that the Diablo Clean Air Filter device was noted to be for use with the Omega Supercharger. AOA advised me that the the Diablo was no longer available and they sold me the Omega system for $275.00 which is $100.00 more than the Diablo. I received the Omega Clean Air filter and there was no instructions included. This is a high power device that certainly one would assume included instructions. Makjosie on utube offers information but I would welcome more information or a video detailing the connecting and disconnecting of the filter. I’m confused as to the bleeding process both at the compressor and the filled air tank.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. My concern is SAFETY and being safe tha sorry. I

Hey Joe, it looks just like the Diablo system except for the tube inside the container. It most likely hooks up the same way the Diablo does. Take your line coming out of the Super Charger and plug it into the male end of the air dryer. Then buy a make to male adapter and plug it into the hose coming out of the air dryer. On the other end of the male to male adapter, hook your line coming from your tank to it. So you have the line coming from your compressor going into the male end of the filter and on the other end of the filter hook up a male to male adapter that connects the line coming out of the filter to the line going into your tank.

The super charger has a timer on it to exhaust air about every 10 or 15 minutes. When you have your tank full, close off the valve on the tank … be sure you do that first … then turn the bleed valve on top of the super charger counter clockwise and bleed all the air from the compressor which will de-pressurize the compressor and all the lines up to the tank. Then simply unhook everything and you'll be good to go.

Hi

Don’t know why AOA said the Diablo filter was no longer available if they came out with a new design recently that will attached to the back of the Omega Compressor, here you can see it https://www.airgunsofarizona.com/pcp-accessories/diablo-pure-air-system/

AOA didn’t have the Diablo Clean Air Filter system and the advised me of the Omega Clean Air system which I did purchase. Now I see AOA has the upgraded Diablo version for $5oo.oo. I’m all tapped out on accumulating all this Airgun gear but I had to have the Ataman AP16 pistol with all the accessories available.

Got you, I bought the new upgraded Diablo filter and it is nice, changed the molecular sieve and the Carbon and installed cartridges and it is working perfectly.

Regards

When you are utilizing the filter did it result in a bleeding process change? Is the filling process somewhat slowed down? I have the Omega Clean air system that AOA insisted was better than the old Diablo Red System. It cost $100.00 more than the Diablo Red which I believe is no longer even available.
