Old school rabbit hunt

I've been shooting ground squirrels for the last several weeks with my PCPs, toting around rifle, sticks, rangefinder and binos. This morning I decided to get back to basics and grabbed my Beeman R9 .22 and a pouch full of pellets then headed out after rabbits. There was heavy fog and a stiff breeze which meant the bunnies were in heavy cover most of the time and wouldn't sit out exposed for more than a second or two. I'd mostly see them when they took off through the brush. I missed a few, but managed to put three on the stringer which is plenty for me as I don't like cleaning more than two or three at a time (too much like work, lol!). Got two at 15 yards and one at ten, all were tight in the brush. It really felt like Fall with the cool breeze here in California!

Almost forgot to mention-took them all with head shots
