Ok. Im officially an idiot! I need help with a Condor SS

I started a post several days ago about being unable to get the barrel out of my Condor SS. A few guys responded and were very helpful. Well today I got up my nerve and took their advice of using a little more force to get the barrel out. Well it worked!! Hooray! It was frozen from ALL the lead dust of shooting thousands of pellets over 2 years. Yuck. Then came getting the spring, hammer and power wheel out. Once again it was not so easy. I even had my camera out to take multiple pictures along the way for reassembly. (By the way I ordered a new spring and hammer from Talon Tunes today before my mistake.) So I started hitting the tube trying to get the spring and powerwheel and hammer out and on the upstroke it all came crashing out hitting the floor like a pinnata. Holy crapola. Now I dont know how to reassemble it when the parts come. Please tell me there is someone out there with a newer Condor or condor ss who has a drawing/pictures to help me do this. I am pretty handy but want to make sure I have everything that was in there. Nowhere on youtube is there a video. Thanks in advance.

And Davecole if you read this I may need to pick your brain. Im stressing out.

I can't help but I am sure someone can. It reminded me of when I was 15 years old and decided to replace my kick start shaft on my motorcycle and I split the case wrong side up and everything fell out. I had zero confidence that I was going to get it back together right, so I put it back together with the old Kick start shaft (thinking I would take it to a shop). Well it shifted and worked as it should, so I did figure it out but it still had to be done again to replace the kick start shaft. I bought the manual after that. The only thing I have taken apart and not been able to put back together was a watch, I just don't have the patience to work with such tiny parts.

Here is a photo of mine disassembled. I’m going to make a short video for you to reassemble. Let me know if you need it.

Note:

the delrin cocking bolt, the cocking lever goes to the FRONT behind the hammer.

what I’d suggest is to put the firing assembly on the barrel and slide the assembly in as a whole.

Also:

you may need to pull the trigger back when putting it back in the frame so the hammer slides over it. The sear sticks up when at rest.

You have to pull all components on the barrel first, if I remember correctly the sear may prevent some from going past it, as you insert the lot into the frame. Look into the frame down the front and rear to see what I mean. play around with it a bit longer. Basically you have to fire the gun so that big spring is not compressed or you will be struggling putting the barrel back in. It may be still a tight fit as it came apart, make sure you don’t move the barrel inside the bushings. You can use a hollow tube to push on the front bushing too

From the look of it davecole i have all the pieces. Thank God! Thank you. And yes if you have a vid already i will definately take it but please dont take yours apart and video it for me. Not yet! lol

Rwsmike.... i took it apart to clean the nasty lead dust out of the baffles area and i also ordered a new spring and power hammer from talon tunes. If i wasnt such a bonehead and didnt drop the internals out all would be well since i was going to take pics.

Thanks!!!!
