nt seem to work??

Willy,

Good for you, off to a strong start. Here's my setup in a humid Florida garage. The green ice bottles cool down water and running water pump a few minutes, before starting compressor, cools down head. Once water pump is active I leave it on until all compressor work is complete, for the day, and the compressor has cooled. I use an assortment of filters to ensure only the cleanest, driest air goes into my PCPs. WM

Great looking setup! I don't own a YH and this gives me a great sense of how it fits on one of those ubiquitous garage shelves.

Patrol881,

Thank you, sir, credit belongs to Biohazardman, mine is just a modification of his set-up. That's my Uragan, on the blanket, shelf above the Yong Heng, best to keep items for filling up high, hardest for moisture to reach. A 10 " box fan, tied with shoelace to rubber feet of Yong Heng, keeps compressor amazingly cool. Used velcro to fasten digital temperature display to shelf, impossible to see, otherwise. (Temp display normally snaps in top of compressor.) The copper-colored coalescing filter and long gold filter are resting on lip of shelf, cable ties just hold to posts. Had to use pipe insulating foam between post and gold filter to make room for bottom black filter and upper blue one to install without being forced against post. Used 3/4" plywood base, cut to fit, helps to stabilize the compressor vibrations. Not a permanent water system, after use I set bucket by washing machine and dump in on wash day. (No small children in my household, so no drowning hazard.) Funny shaped black thing stuck on side of Yong Heng is vibration-activated hour meter. Sticks on with double-sided tape, no screws or wiring, has three-year battery, $20 something on eBay. My pleasure to share these ideas, hope they help, WM
