"O" Ring Pet pieve (Ernest please read)

I have been a shooter my whole life, but I'm rather new to PCP. As a shooter, I continually played with my firearms, tuning them as required and reloading my ammo. This behavior is quite normal and I always kept a good amount of supplies on hand. When it comes to PCP weapons, "O" Rings are consumables and they are cheap to buy, pennies really. Yet no manufacturer offers spare "O" ring kits. When I have a leak and I do the repair, I don't want to wait weeks before I get a replacement. I need to have these "O" rings on hand, in a box and on the shelf. I went to the FX website, pulled down the parts diagram and wrote down the FX part number for every "O" ring used in my Crown. I then made a list by FX part number and sent it in as a part order in September 2018 to the shop that sold me the gun. Even with periotic reminders, I have yet to get a response. I am not alone. Many others have complained about the same thing. These spare kits should contain at least one and perhaps more of every one used in these guns based on factory consumption data, which I am certain the factories have. This is an opportunity for profit, so I am amazed no one is providing them. I sincerely hope Ernest is reading this.

You will note that when addressing the FX website, it is impossible to access customer support directly even though there is supposed to be a support form to fill out. There is also a statement that all support is supposed to be provided by the dealer. Yet when I talk to the dealer, he says that his only contact is with the distributor. He said to me that he did send the request for "O" rings (my order) to his Belgium distributor and still I have no response. I further suspect that this is exactly the reason FX USA decided to dump AOA . I am assuming this to be a world-wide problem and it isn't going to be fixed without the entire community complaining. I don't know what else to do.

I have ordered a kit for the Crown from the eBay seller as an interim solution. Thank you R_M_F, but I suspect it won't be complete and will not be properly labeled with the FX part number. This is important because without that specific number it would be impossible to identify the correct o ring by just size and color alone. I guess I will have to identify each and every O ring in the IPB with a complete size and material description and then order from a local O ring distributor.

I agree. I am sure o-rings are a thorn in the side for the manufactures too, and take up a lot of man-hours with inventory, sorting etc. with little or no profit. So why don't they just publish the sizes? I would be OK if they said, we don't sell those we consider them a consumable and they are readable available from several third party sources, go to our web sight for list of o-rings for this model.

FX has a diagram with o-ring sizes for every model. Here's the crown http://www.fxairguns.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/12/Fx-Crown-Exploded-drawing.pdf

Be careful to only get the sizes for your caliber.

With a lifetime supply, what is the best way to store them so they don't go bad over time? i.e. should they be kept dry? or with a few drops of oil in the storage bag. Or am I just overthinking this?

Silicone only petroleum based products no! keep them in a drawer they should outlast you. Dry should be fine or spray a little silicone on them either way.
