We are getting our slug washing done in smaller batches to get more "junk" removed from the slug prior to lubing and packaging. Because of the time required to do so we decided to use a robot to perform this mundane task. We plan to use relays instead of using the foot pedals in the video but shows our basic process we are implementing.

I see Nielsen are loyal to the ancestry ( i assume ) using a Danish Universal robots Arm,,,,,,, i had one of those to do my job in the paint booth.

Not terrible good at saving paint, used about 3 X more then when i painted manual, and i was also 300 % faster, so really did not get why they got that robot for me, IMO a waste of money - paint - filters and time.



We need the cadence of that press in the background to get even higher 💪
