November 2020 Fall Picture Challenge!!

Impact .25 custom gun skinz. Just going for a walk in the woods. 

After sitting for less than a minute in my favorite spot, this young fox squirrel came down a tree to my right and presented an easy 32 yard shot.

Great looking Regal cea1960. Nice touch with the barrel band and trigger guard also.

Winter is in full swing in most parts of Alaska... Out looking for snowshoe hares!

I had been hunting on a very warm late October day and scored 2 squirrels with my Regal XL. Sunset was quickly approaching but I wanted a chance at one more squirrel. I entered a very sense part of the woods with my Motorhead tuned the HW30 Deluxe. After 15 minutes of not seeing any squirrels and the light beginning to fade, I started shooting at those tiny red berries one sees when in the woods. Movement caught my eye, and 20 yards to my right was this squirrel slowly walking across a horizontal branch. I didn't have much time before it would reach cover, so with a short lead and smooth squeeze of the trigger, the JSB 7.33g struck the squirrel in the back severing it's spine. Taking quarry with a break barrel is special to me, and it made this my most rewarding harvest so far this season.

My neighbor has a Pot Head... so naturally, everyone on the street calls him "Pot". It was no surprise that "Lipstick" loves Pot.
