Nova Freedom Review (#2) w/ 75 Yard Shooting

Where were you shooting? I thought the highway look familiar and then I saw the Healdsburg sign. Heck, you're right in my neck of the woods somewhere, although I didn't recognize the spot. I did see a lake in the background so I'm guessing Lake Sonoma??? I live up near Ukiah in Potter Valley. We have all kinds of places to shoot up here because I'm in the sticks... National forest everywhere, Lake Pillsbury, etc... I have a 60yd, range on our property too. If you ever want to come up and shoot, get a hold of me. Have a good one. Stoti.

Roger and Nate, be sure to remember my name or follow me. I just followed you both because it's easy, that way we can get a hold of each other and meet up in the future to shoot. I have lots of digger squirrels around here to shoot or if you'd rather, we can just put together a little fun shoot with as many locals as we can round up. Stoti

I spent many years hunting ground squirrels up around Stonyford, had a friend with a cattle ranch there. On a good day I would kill 300 diggers and just as many pest birds. I hunted with PCPs FX Royals, AA 410s and a few others back then, now I shoot springers at paper just for fun but I do miss those days. You never know I might just get back in the PCP game again, if I do I'll take you up on the offer. I'll drive a long way to shoot ground squirrels, been hunting them since 1970.

Stoti & Roger, Unfortunately I'm about exactly an hour from Condord...I heard about a squirrel eradication program at the Lake Sonoma dam...so I'm going to try and get in on that. I still have to go talk to them and see what the deal is. Apparently it's a real problem of them digging into the dam. If that happens I'll let you guys know (RogerV53 and Stoti). We could have a great hunting party! I'll be in touch for sure! Thanks -Nate

P.S. My squirrel killing gun:

Let’s see if we can’t get you back in the green Nate, I know you may have gotten off on the wrong foot here at AGN but I enjoyed your videos and appreciate your efforts, I gave you some accuracy points. To stay on subject please do a review of that FX BOSS FT .30cal ASAP, that’s an interesting tool of choice for hunting but I think you’ll do great.

I got that FX .30 cal gun sitting here...afraid to open it because so awesome. I notice African Air Arms hunter guy has alot of videos where he goes to big farms and takes out pests for the farmers. I'm going to try that. I have 3-4 videos waiting to be edited...much better vids with EVERY fact and stat you could want. I'm going to make sure my videos are all up to par now. No messing around.

your looking at an unopened Hatsan Flash .177, Career 707, Drozd Blackbird Modded out, Hamerlli 850, Kral Armour, ASG Tack 45, Beeman QB97, Diana Chaser Rifle and Pistol (both!), and the FX Boss .30 cal FT...not to mention my Red Wolf waiting for a stock. So many guns, so little time.

I have really been struggling since I was told not to shoot at my house, I tried driving to the range 1 hour away but that just killed me. Plus it took all day to get 1 hour of footage. So I'm slim on videos this month. But I'm going to try and move so the Airgun Channel is about to blow up! Tons of awesome content coming your way. I even have a chronograph now!
