It’s been acting buggy, but refreshing the page a few times allowed me to circumvent “unable to acces the database” error messages most times tonight.

That did NOT work for me.
It only recently started allowing me to access. Even isitdown.com listed AGN as down for a while.
Oh well, nothing new for AGN... (heavy sigh)

I also noticed there were NO new posts during that time.

I had troubles a few ago while they were making some new changes. Michael does an awesome job keeping his site functional in my opinion.
You might try and clear your cookies and cache to see if it fixes your issues, it often does.
