Nomad II Issues

Used my nomad ii on monday no issues what so ever. Went to use it last night and it will not build any pressure, and is only pulling like 10 amps. I have followed the manual to the letter. Took the cover off and changed the filter in the water seperator on the back. Checked burst disc, tried to do the "regen" in the back of the manual, no good. Anybody have any ideas? Gonna call Utah airguns at 10 and see if they will warranty it.

Thanks for the replies guys. I already did all the above mentioned work. lol. I got ahold of Air Venturi and they are having me send it back. Said it will be a few weeks and they will repair or replace it. Now its just a waiting game. Anybody that is have an issue with any Air Venturi products here is the direct line to the tech department 216-220-1180 the lady I spoke to, Stacy, was absolutely more than helpful and did not hesitate to send me the shipping label to get it to them and repaired.

I have had one two for 2 /12 years and never knew there was a replaceable filter in there. What does it look like and where did you get the replacement?

Thanks

And yea great people. Found that out when my first one need replaced.

This!! I want to know too

Sorry for the delay gents. Take your outer cover off. 12 phillips head screws. Un plug the 2 little wiring clips for the switches. Remove your moister bleed screw, use a 10mm socket and loosen bushing DO NOT REMOVE BUSHING YET. Remove the 2 airlines that come off of the black tube. After airlines are removed, finish taking bushing out. On top is a cap with an oring, I had to use a strap wrench to hold the tube while removing cap. Inside is the same filter as the one for the whip hose that goes to gun. Re- assemble in reverse order. Hipe this helps.

Thanks blacksmith304- After 2 years guess I probably should change mine. Wonder why they don't mention that in the manual. Would think that thing would hold moisture forever and grow who-knows-what.

Don't know the thread size but the extended quick disconnect fitting that came with my Bantam fit it perfectly.

Did AV fix or replace your Nomad II yet?
