No help from the dealer

I purchased a FX Impact STX about 30 days ago for Utah airguns. The second stage trigger adjusting screw does not have a Allen key or hex cut into it. Just a round drilled hole so obviously the Allen wrench doesn’t work. I called Utah to order a new screw and Mike called me back saying they can’t get parts. Really? Recommended I call FX in NC to get one. I just spent 2k a month ago with these folks and I get blown off when I need a part to fis my gun! They were of no help and could careless in trying to solve my problem. I can assure you I’m with Utah airguns. Jwv

Is it UA's fault that they can't get parts?

I agree that it sucks to have an adjustable part end up not being able to adjust, especially on a high dollar gun.

Turned out I can't adjust the trigger on my Wildcat from UA because of the amount of threadlocker used on those screws.....I just got used to it and it's all good.

I'm sure UA didn't apply that threadlocker, most likely came from the factory that way. But my Streamline 22 from UA had no threadlocker so it was easy to adjust the trigger.

Good luck and I hope you get a new part from somewhere.
