Very fast to return email inquiry, placed an order on Friday morning, shipped same day priority mail, received Monday in Tn. I ordered the sampler pack of 25 caliber slugs to try in the Evanix Rainstorm I have coming from Pyramyd Air that was also ordered Friday, so far just crickets from them but not upset as I knew it would be slow due to C19. Would be lying however if I said I wasn't anxious.

Seems to me, as i just posted my negative experience with a larger company. That the smaller companies tend to remember customer service and quality. As companies get larger that dies off, as they can absorb the small losses of the occasional frustrated customer. I have ordered from Griffen before, but have been very interested in Nielson Ammo. This has helped me pull the trigger to buy. Thank you.
