New/revised .22 JSB Heavies

It seems JSB has revised the .22 JSB Heavies (a new die). Fresh batch from JSB's EU distributor ... Left: New (25067616), Right: Older (25070016)

The seller had 4 months waiting time for his order with the distributor so I think these must a fresh batch from factory. Head size from box is pretty consistent at 5.52mm with pelletgage.

Skirts on the new ones are visibility thicker.

Too windy past few days to test.

Not sure of my weighing machine but most ranged between 18.0 and 18.6gr. Head size is very consistent dropping through 5.53mm hole on pelletgage.

Out of my Impact, these are giving one a tad bigger than pellet size hole groups between 870-880fps at 30m. Higher FPS the groups open up.

I still wish the manufacturer would either stick to one pellet design or change the name of the pellet after they make alterations to it. This is why people have a good tin and then the next tin is not as good.

Got my order from PA yesterday and both tins had thick shirks. Also looks to be a little longer too. Don't know how it will effect my poi on the .22 cal until shooting it. I had to rezero my scope with the thicker shirks on the .25 cal.
