Huge shoutout to New England Airgun. I ordered some pellets, and as they were pulling the order to be shipped, they realized the inventory was not matching the website. Meh, seems to be a common happening with many sites. No big deal. They reached out to me promptly with a an offer for a substitute, backorder or refund, substitute was fine with me. And for the trouble they threw in an extra tin of .25 Hades! Customer service all the way.

John and Zee run a great operation. Taken care of me on countless situations. Pre COVID was a wonderful place to visit and shoot. I think they maybe expanding their shop.

I just bought three avenger magazines from them, I was looking all over the Internet for them and there they had them in stock. Showed up a few days later.

Outstanding Cust Svc. I had been shopping around for some more decent .25 Caliber pellets when I had read "Buy 4 pay for 3"...Mistakenly thought it was their website and ordered 4 from them thinking I was only to be billed for 3. They called me fairly quickly after my order to talk about my order and my mistake. I went ahead with my order anyways. Great Looking Out guys! Thanx.

Just found these guys when looking to buy a Huben,

called them to ask a few questions, a real person answered the phone very very helpful, they shipped my huben, charged and adjusted, they even put a quick connect fitting on The hand pump.

received everything in like 4 days fantastic company to work with and will get my return business
