Hi,
I got into airgun shooting about a year ago with no background in powder burners. Like most of you, I'm now totally hooked. Picked up an HW97k .177 about three months ago and have been shooting it consistently 3-4x week in my backyard. I feel pretty good with steady progress shooting out to 55yds. I'm very happy with the rifle and recently purchased an R7 as a gift for my father. Until I see him next month I've been shooting that as well and find it to be such a joy to shoot. I think he'll like it and I'm hoping to get him hooked too, now that he's retired.
Anyway, this forum has been an incredible resource for me. Thank you to everyone! I've been reading about 9 months and finally officially joined and hope to contribute what I can. The newbie journey into this has been really fun, educational and positive.
